Ok so yes you can fly into RDU and/or Charleston for the NC and SC trips respectively. Or you can drive to one and then fly home and then fly back for the other... not sure how you are trying to arrange the logistics.

Between Baltimore and DC. BWI is the closest airport. DCA and IAD are also options.
