One of our 2014 New Year's resolutions and one of our 10th Birthday Presents (YES WE ARE 10 YEARS OLD THIS YEAR!!!) is PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS FOR OUR MEMBERS!!!

YEP!!! We said we were going to make things work more EASILY and EFFICIENTLY around this place so it's more fun (and less effort) to enjoy our great trips and services!
Oh yeah...and we'll have some great promotions and prizes you can win as well!!! 
The first step is a small one but one of MANY!!! So stay tuned and we'll also summarize each step we take on the journey in this post while adding to the post as we take a new step!

1. New form for having SD.com book your airfare!
2. New format for SD.com forms going forward which will be FILLABLE PDF'S!!! (We are starting small with the new air form and then we will update all our existing forms and make them fillable pdf's so you can fill them out online and then email or fax them to us.)
