Hi folks,
I've been absent for quite a while (having a toddler is great but took a toll on my diving the last few years), but am interested in feedback from the group about Cape Town, S. Africa. I'll have a day or two there in about a week and may be able to squeeze some diving in. It's not top of my list, but hey, wet is wet. Anyone been there and have any recommendations?
Thanks!
Christine

Hey girl.. :welcome: back! I don't have much info sadly on that part of the world other than cold water and depending on the time of year...pretty swift currents. I think Tim aka Buzo Guerro has a friend who is knowledgeable and he is active on the site so will see this soon.

Good luck on taking a dip and even better to see you again! :wakawaka:

Hi Christine! Well the good news is you will be there for their late summer season. I doubt being at such high southern latitudes it will do much to warm the water but the operator will hopefully be able to fit you out with appropriate thermal protection. Here's hoping you will be able to join us for some warmer waters diving soon! :diver:
