I will be booking before april 1st.

(Is-it possible to get the same room as last year??)

Howdy from Maldives/JFK! Enroute home so will check on price for guaranteed oceanview. Send me an email with the room you had last year and put it on your survey under special comments and we'll do our best. I can't guarantee but I will try.

Payment for week one was accepted, week two declined as a duplicate transaction. Template is a mess, must need to change settings….is there a user friendly place to deal with this?

Hi Ellen, go ahead and post your template. If the coding needs fixing we can do that on the back end.

I have all but Ellen and Hughes on the official lists as they need to do their booking templates.

The official trip coordinator for this trip will get the rest of the summary lists organized i.e nitrox, RAB, tours, etc. shortly.

Just a couple of questions. If I pay for package before 4/1/14, do I subtract the discount for early booking, and send the remaining amount in full? Do I have to pay for all add ons in that total to qualify for early booking? Or can I decide on additional nights, dolphin dive, excursions, etc. later? So, is it just the base package price needed upfront to qualify for early booking discount, or do I have to have everything decided, and paid for to count? I am ready to pay for s/o 2nd week (1491-100)now, but I may want to add a night or two, and some extras ie: dolphin/shark/zip with more thought/time.

I paid the full amount (w/out the $25 discount), so I'm not sure how you want to handle that. You can refund it to my account if you like. Have the accountant private msg me and we'll figure out how to handle it.

If you plan to do any extra dives or tours or nitrox then we'll leave it on the books otherwise go ahead and ask our accountant to refund it to you.
