Yes Jay, thanks for mentioning that. The dates above are for the specific Group Flights which are bundled with the Fiji package prices based on the actual attendance dates. There are some who are arriving early and / or staying a day or so later who either made their own flight arrangements or worked with Kamala directly for air travel outside those dates.

 

It does bear emphasizing if you plan to arrive early or stay longer than the trip dates AND wish to have Kamala arrange all or just the CONUS - Fiji legs of your flight itinerary, you MUST make clear mention of this either in your Booking Template post, or by posting separately, in the Fiji Trip Topic. Of course if you choose to make your own flight arrangements that is fine with us, just let us know your itinerary by including it in your Booking Template or posting in the Trip Topic (or emailing trips@singledivers.com)...

Ill be staying over at lax on the 10th at a embassy suites and fling home on the 11th if anyone is interested in splitting a room or would like to chum around LA Tuesday night

UPDATE:

 

The flights are being finalized this week and the airlines will be issuing tickets between now and 2 weeks prior to departure. We must submit the list of those doing the extra bag fees first before they will issue the tickets.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

 

All e-tickets have been sent to the email we have for you (or the one in your profile on the site). If you did not get your e-ticket please let me know and I will resend it.

 

I included the tel# for Fiji Air so you can call them to see what your seat assignment is as for some reason they did not print on the e-ticket. If you do no like your seat assignment you can change it on the phone.

 

And finally...due to the power and internet outages I have had all week, I am finalizing the extra bag if you wanted it, the day room etc TOMORROW am so your ticket will not show you have 2 bags EVEN if you have paid for it. I have to do all of them at one time so it will be done tomorrow am. It will be correct in the system when you check in. If for any reason it is not...I will refund you any additional money you are asked to pay if you've previously paid for it. Just keep the receipt and I'll repay you.
