Never a P.A.D.I. instructor, not a P.A.D.I. member, not a P.A.D.I. affiliated shop, and he never even had any open water certification for himself.

Glad he got caught for fraud. But I feel sorry for the more than 300 people that got taken for $ and got counterfeit certification cards.
