HI Francisco - Looks like you've done most of them. The Liability form needs to be completed and then uploaded and we also need your air itinerary uploaded. You'll be receiving forms from the Sundancer via email and then I think you're done. If you look in your MY TRIPS on the drop down you'll see the buttons are either green or red - Green is done and RED needs to be done.

Instead of "SINGLE" as a marital status, I prefer "Independently Owned & Operated"

Hello from Bali!!! I just wanted to let you know that the names of the last 4 people to sign up... Heidi, Scott, Francisco and Joe....have been sent to Aggressor so they can send you a link to the GI System... Guest Information system. This is where you do your online info/docs for them.
If you have NOT rec'd an email from them...let us know in this topic and we'll follow up.

I received the link to Sundancer/Aggressor and filled out their GIS info. I also received a small welcome pack from them to my home. So, looks like I'm all set.
Reaching on Friday 11/20. So, is there any rooming/booking arrangement for hotel that night from SD or should I just do it on my own. Let me know what works the best.

Heidi needs nitrox. She accidentally skipped that on the Aggressor forms and sent them an email to the effect but has not had a reply back. I put a note on my forms but who knows if they read it. its paid for, but don't know if they know about it. Its probably not a problem but who knows.

Scott since you pay us we'll help to take care of it when we get there. I will have a master list from our new system 
and you both willl be on it. I will then make sure that Aggressor charges me for the nitrox so it will all work out fine. Plus you did let them know so that is all we can do!

I think everyone is doing their own thing. If you are willing to share a room you can get a room with 2 beds and let me know as we do have several inquiries of people wanting to still join the trip! If they join they will pay you half of the room and since almost all flights NOW entail arriving a day early this could be really good. Just let us know what you rae doing and where you are at. I went to pay for the Belieze trip and NITROX add-on but had a few issues can you call me?
Would like to arrive on Friday the 20th. Is it to late to find a roomy for the night?
