IMPORTANT TRIP UPDATE:
 
We are trying to get the numbers straight moving from our old manual system to our new automated system. So it is imperative that we work extra hard to transition the trips that had sign ups into the new system correctly.
 
Here are the areas we need the most help with:
 
1. Ensuring we have you for the right room type i..e single vs double occupancy
2. Ensuring you are NOW signed up for the right add-on's. (In the old system we let you pre-sign up and then pay at the end. The new system will ONLY sign you up when you pay. So please help us be sure you have the correct add-on's that you want!
3. Flight info... we need to be sure that we have your flight details asap.5.
4. Money discrepancies caused by going from a NET cash discounted accounted system to a cash discount taken only at check out system.

All my info is correct, except I paid $180 for nitrox and am not signed up for afternoon dives.  So I'm $50 over.  I can leave it on account and settle up later in case I do another add-on; whatever's easier for you.

The important stuff is all correct. I'll take part in the costume contest too.
I need to stay an extra night too. Would be willing to bunk up with someone that last night if need be or is possible. Otherwise I'll just sleep on the boat!

Everything listed here is correct for me, though I am awaiting information on cost/possibility of extra morning dives on 7/18 since I don't leave until 7/19.
Additionally, I still have an open question for you with respect to a refund due me from the Jr Suite change, and money I still owe for the extra night. Here's an excerpt from a PM I have open with you and Traci on this; we can track it here if that makes it easier to manage:
"I can tell you that you are owed $170 as a refund from the original $2015 Jr Suite s/o to the Standard Beach s/o of $1845.
Kamala will have to get with you on the price for the extra night - sorry. I would assume that whatever the cost, it can be deducted from the $170 refund that is owed to you and the difference either credited or charged."

Not sure they will let you sleep on the boat...as we are cleaning up the loose ends this will help us ensure you have a place to stay the last night. I think Janell aka JellyFishLuv was looking for a roomie. Let's see if she is still needing one. I will also see if there is another room on the island.

The extra nite pricing and ability to sign up via the new system has not been set up. I have just requested via the TRIP PM if anyone other than Jennifer, Janelle and yourself are doing an extra night. If it is only the 3 of you... we will just handle the payment, etc manually. I am finalizing the pricing with and without diving so we can clean up this final detail.

Hey sailingscuba.... again!  We have you on the list for the contest (See separate topic)...need 10 peeps to participate in order to host it!

We will be compiling the master list of who is doing the Bloody Bay Wall and who has paid or rec'd it free as part of their early booking specials. (You have now been noted as getting it free in the first post)

 

We are still looking at ways to do the free tours/dives/discounts via the new system but for now we'll do it manually as we have always done!

 

Be watching for a MASTER LIST to be published in the TRIP PM soon with the full list of who's doing the Bloody Bay Wall.

I have fixed the master list for you to show only the pkg dives and we owe you $50. Will probably do the refund to keep it cleaner. You paid in the old system so that is easier than via the new system.
