I am looking for the Explorer Ventures documents- Do we use the Caribbean docs?  And do I need to fill out the Medical Statement - it seems to be for training programs?  Thanks.

Hello again Patricia, we have the PDF version of the Explorer Ventures T&C Waiver Form, I will email you a copy with instructions. It may be tomorrow morning before I am able to get that form as well as our own Liability Waiver which I presume you reference as well, it is for our own club's protection but is not related to any sort of training program, just the sort of liability waiver all operators are legally required to obtain.

Look for the email from "SD Trips" tomorrow! for your patience and for being so diligent with completing all the required trip docs!

Less than two weeks! Super excited to go diving again!

 

With regards to all the misc fees for the trip (port taxes, fuel surcharge, marine park fee...) - do we pay that there in cash or credit?

They can be paid either way. I have also confirmed that the port fee will be $65 so fortunately it did NOT go up with all the storms, refinery issues etc. I will post the final add'l fee structure in the TRIP PM.
