Don't take anything he said too seriously...except the part where he fixes things. And NO we don't have to beg! LOL and he's not in a 12 step program unless its to heal the foot he had surgery on recently! ;)

I need a distraction so I will introduce myself. Im Scott and I havent had a drink since Dominica last year. I will doing both weeks and this will be my 4th trip to Dom.

Ive been a member and admin since 2008. Dont know how many SD trips Ive done, probably 15-20. I started the same time Brad did. I mainly break things on the site and see if anybody notices to keep the others on their toes. That gets me attention from Traci, Kamala, and Brad. Then sadly, I have to fix it... if I feel like it... and I usually do. Ask them, thats really how it works around here!!! Something magically breaks, they complain, and then I harass them awhile and probably fix it after I feel they have suffered long enough. Its alot of fun... for me.

Looking forward to getting the heck out dodge and starting my 12 step program again.

Don't listen to her. I'm losing my mind, I mean she's losing her mind. In fact, I'm pretty sure both are true!!

Hi Folks!  I'm Charlie, known here as Charlie J.  This will be my THIRD year in a row for two glorious weeks in DOM!!!  Obviously I think the diving here is phenomenal.  Divers aren't so bad either  .  I'm usually up for 3-4 dives a day, night, maybe sunrise, etc.  Roseau is a lovely town, some pretty good restaurants, sights.  I can also recommend some of the excursions such as whale watching (check out the video on SD FB page), Titou Gorge, etc.  AND.... the Bar/Lounge area with a rum punch or Kubuli listening to the waves break gently....well, you get the idea!  Looking forward to meeting all of you and hangin'!

Hi all, I'm Steve aka Soonerdiver, my wife and I are on the first week.  My wife's name is Cindy and she is a non diver, this will be her first trip and my fifth trip with S.D.

I've been diving since 1981 back when you had to use tables to plan a dive.  We will be wanting to do some top side activities in the afternoons so look forward to meeting everyone.

This is a good island to pick for topside activities.  Some are pretty barren, this on is not.  They say there say there are 365 waterfalls and a boiling lake.  Indian River, which one seems to want to do is really cool also.  Did that one last time and saw Calyspo's hut from "Pirates of the Caribbean".

Hello, everyone! I'm Eric, aka: easy, because of my easygoing personality and I'll be going on Week 1.  I've been a member since 2008, but have only been on 2 awesome trips in 2008 and 2012. Even so, I feel like Kamala is family! This island has been on my bucket list for a long time and I can't wait! My passion is photography, so I hope there are other photographers on this trip! Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Well....if all goes as planned, I'll be on WEEK #1.  Looking forward to meeting those I haven't met yet and catching up with those I have.  Time to see what all the hubbub is about around this place..  AND it will be a bonus birthday celebration - a little early, but I'm celebrating all year....

Finally get to dive with you! The hype is for real, best diving I've done in the Caribbean so far! So good I was putting in for vacation time for the 2017 trip on the day I got back from the 2016 trip!

Hi, I'm Gabrielle from Florida. I have been on about 10 SingleDivers.com trips including the Philippines, Maldives, Galapágos (twice), Best of Florida (3 times), and now this! I work absurdly long hours...usually 18-20 hour days, 7 days per week including my volunteer work. I haven't had a day off in about 1.5 years (though I am thankful I get to SCUBA dive frequently), so I am REALLY looking forward to decompressing with the group and SCUBA diving with one of my favorite dive buddies ever, who I met through this group, Susan! I do take breaks from working so much to run, cycle, hike, and SCUBA dive....I've been certified since I was a teenager and definitely have a SCUBAddiction. I'm on week 1 but bummed I'll miss a another favorite dive buddy Brad who is on week 2. It will be great to see Kamala again, too and to meet new dive buddies! :wavey:

I have a nonprofit SCUBA organization called Life Worth Leading that serves people with disabilities. Our most recent scholarship was to a combat-wounded veteran amputee and his wife, and I'm continuing advanced training with them plus partnering with another nonprofit to take them on a trip to Cayman Brac, also in June....

Hello, I am Jenny or TabeaK on here and this will be my 5th SD trip since I began diving in 2012. My other awesome SD excursions were to the Maldives, Galapagos, Little Cayman and Bonaire. Because life got in the way, I have been out of the water for over a year, so I can't wait to get back into diving. I am on week one and look forward to seeing everyone.

Hi :hiya:

My name is Shelly and this will be my 7th trip with SDers! I have been diving since 2013 and rapidly approaching my 200th dive. I'll likely barely miss it on this trip so probably going to hit it in Cayman Brac in Sept. :cheerleader: . This will be my second trip to Dominica as I went in 2015 with SDers. I can't wait to get back to the amazing diving that Dominica has to offer and enjoy exploring with SingleDivers!

If you can't find me, I'm likely in the water. Being land locked in Phoenix means that when I'm on a trip, I dive all that I can. So, if you need a buddy for an evening dive... Come find me! I'll likely go out with you :canuckdiver:

Is it June yet?!?!!
