HOW TO COMPLETE OR FILL OUT YOUR DOCS ONLINE:
You can only complete your online docs if you are already signed up for a trip. After you have signed up do the following:
- www.SingleDivers.com
- Log in (use the screen name you created and your password ) Issues? Email admin@singledivers.com for help
- Click on Trips
- Then click on MY TRIPS
- Once in "My Trips" you will see a drop down with all your trips...choose the one you are on...
- Below that you will see a number of red and green boxes. The red boxes mean you have docs to fill out. The green ones mean you are all good.
Why we ask for so much?
You are traveling solo and should something happen the information you provide us NOW will help me in the event of an emergency to help you. Its as simple as that. We have saved the lives of several of our members over the years and have never lost anyone on our trips. WE WANT TO KEEP IT THAT WAY!
Do I have to do these forms everytime?
Yes and no. Yes you will do them for each trip but they will be filled out with the information you are entering now so the 2nd time or 3rd time around is super easy!
