Hey all, i think i will pass on the afternoon and night dives for now. But would it be possible to add an afternoon dive in on short notice if I decided to do so?
Lisa I added your name to the afternoon dives list WITH the annotation you would like the option to decide during the trip. There may be a modest upcharge to add you at that point but Kamala will have to check with the resort to check.

EXTRAS--Cynthia aka Nautilus will do Nitrox. Can extra afternoon dives be booked "ad hoc" once we are there? What about spa services if we know we want some pampering--add that on now too? Thanks
Cynthia, added you name to the Nitrox list, as well as created a Spa Appointment list in the Add Ons post and listed you there as well!

Hey gang I will verify the inc in price during the week but its NOT modest. The break is at about 3 dives....the on island cost for 3 = our pre island cost for 5.

Thanks Tom...we are working to get the extras in the booking system but will have that done soon. In the meantime this allows people to figure out what they want to do so they will be ready!

I won't be afternoon or night diving, as my schedule will be: wake up, breakfast, dive, lunch, nap, afternoon by the pool or bar or beach or playing tennis or exploring the island, dinner, evening by the pool or bar or beach, and finally sleep. Since the tennis thing takes two, is anyone else up for it? I haven't played in 20 years but will bring my racquet...

Just4trix and I will be staying with just the morning dives. Though not a tourist island, there is still a lot to do including on water (swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding) and on land (bikes, hikes, tennis, and tanning). With the intense fire season we are working through; napping to the sounds of the ocean is also extremely high on my to-do list. Hambergler - Just4trix and I do play at tennis some, so that is always an option. One more month to go!

Hey all. I wanted to throw out the idea of doing the Tibbits one afternoon. I love wreck diving and the chance to dive a Russian warship is something I'd like to do. anyone have any input into this?
Each wreck has a tale to tell about its life and its demise.

We did the Keith Tibbetts on Brac when I was at LCBR in 2009. Awesome dive (you can see the boat from the surface if the water's calm), and it was an interesting wreck penetration (labels in the spaces were all in Cyrillic). Don't know how time has treated it and getting into it might not be as easy as it was then, but still a cool dive from the outside.
I've seen a couple of interesting places online to visit on LC (little restaurant/bar/hangout places). I'm a hot sauce aficionado, so if they have a good local one I'm going to be poking around in the grocery store looking for it. Think I remember the beers being Cuban Bucaneros and pretty good. Wonder if the resort has bicycles to rent or borrow? I'd like to see the windward side of the island.
