SINGLEDIVERS.COM STREAMLINES BOOKING PROCESS TO MAKE OUR TRIPS EVEN EASIER!!!
Check out the changes in our booking process which include the following member suggestions that we have implemented the past two weeks and continue to implement in April.
1. "All trips at a glance" table with links to trip info and booking to include the open as well as 'guaranteed' but soon to be opened trips.
2. Easier 'two way communication' between members and the SingleDivers.com uber volunteers.
Now you can communicate with SingleDivers.com in the following ways:
- Email ... need trip help? Trips@SingleDivers.com Need tech support? Admin@SingleDIvers.com Private Trip Help? Travel@SIngleDivers.com Other? Info@SingleDivers.com
- Telephone...You can always call 864-557-6079 but if the Wench...WreckWench aka Kamala is traveling the calls will go to voicemail. Please feel free to text or email me directly at Kamala@SingleDivers.com and I will get back to you as quickly as I get my head above water.
- Forums...you can use the forums to ask TONS of questions about the club or about a specific trip. For a trip simply post in the Questions Topic set up for every trip. HERE is a link to all the trips. Click on the DETAILS link for a trip and you will see all the Supporting topics for that trip including #3 The QUESTIONS QUESTIONS QUESTIONS TOPIC. Simply click on it and add your question or check the ones others have asked. (Don't forget to log in to post a question. You do not need to be logged in to read replies.)
- Help Desk...click the RED HELP DESK button in the forums or on the main site and we will get back to as soon as we can.
- Private Messages...aka PM's: If you are a premier member or above you can log into the forums and send me a personal PM or message. I will reply back to that as quickly as I can.
- Facebook... NOPE...you will get an auto reply to ask you to email us. Sorry... we love Facebook but can't keep up with all the requests for info or help... please email, call or use our forums.
3. Easier way to see all replies to questions without reading tons of topics all over the place.
We have created a TRIP FAQ or Q&A SUMMARY topic for every trip. It is trip topic #2. You will be able to find all replies to questions in one place organized by category i.e diving related, accommodations related, add-on or tours related, etc. Each reply will be dated so you can easily see what has been updated since you checked last. This will give you a single place to check for relative Q&A about the trip you are on...or are contemplating. Only admins can update it and it will be summarized replies from the QUESTIONS topic.
4. And last but not least a simpler way to NAVIGATE in the forums.
We have addressed this member concern several ways. First we have new high level navigation buttons including MY TRIPS, PAPER FORMS, HELP DESK, FACEBOOK even UPCOMING TRIPS etc across the top of the forums. They are under the standard forum links in white in the dark blue bar for membership, photo galleries etc. And we now have for the first time ever...NAVIGATION BOXES INSIDE EVERY TRIP TOPIC. These will take you to specific topics such as "Who's Going" and the "Questions Topic" so you can ask us about a trip see the full "Trip Details" and of course a BOOK NOW button which takes you to our state of art encrypted secure online booking system.
