PS since you are a local can you help find a suitable place NEAR the show for the Happy Hour? Ideally a place we can walk too so people at the show can park once and see the show and then can go to the HH without driving/parking again. Tks

Just sent a message to to these folks from the San Fran area who were on the Raja trip Feb 2019 to let them know we'll coming out their way, and hoping they will join in...  Debbie (aka dkal), Christine (aka sundandtravel) and David (aka sundandtravel_II).  The more, the merrier!

I looked around online and the closest place within walking distance is next door at the Hyatt for Happy Hour. They also have parking connected to the convention center. The area is quite pricey since its close to Levi stadium and Great America. It looks like there might be something going on Friday at the event. I will be driving down on Friday let me know if I should be there before 12pm setup time.

Set-up Day is Friday 12pm-4pm. Teardown 5:30pm-7pm Saturday evening.
Industry Social 5:30pm Friday Evening.

Seminar floor opens to Industry members only 8am-5pm Friday.
Exhibit floor opens to public Saturday at 9:30am-5:30pm
Theater Event VIP Ticket holders Saturday evening 5:30pm-9pm.

Hi Debbie... oh dear, I am on my poor little phone, as the cable/internet died at my house, and they won't be at my house to switch out the box till Sat nite! No laptop in the meantime. So we will keep it simple here. I'm not sure of the answer to your question, but we solve it soon, i promise! We will get you into the show with no problems. Bear with me for a wee bit...

Sorry for the delay but I'm in the PI so timing is off. Please note that this show will CHARGE $ for the Saturday Night Social (I think Friday is free) and I do  not know if it is worth it or not. I was so tired after the DC show that I could not last that long so went to bed  The ticket for entry to the show to see the booths does NOT cover the Sat nite social fee. I will send an email to find out what it is for everyone. Just wanted to clarify Tks, Kamala
