Hi Kamala- its Ksue44. I thought I renewed my
Membership. I havent received a confirmation.

I cant even tell if the membership is still expired or if the renewal went through.

Its very confusing to navigate.

I checked it since EVERYONE else is out.  There is a record of the attempt but there is no record of the money being sent the money to the processor.  Sometimes people get confused and don't complete the process since it is kind of weird.  I cancelled your attempt so you could try again.  Butch can help you through it.

Thanks to all! I am getting access at strange hours if I forgo sleep so I'm trying to do that to check in.

I wouldnt know how to navigate back to renew the membership.

So very very difficult to navigate this site.

Here is a quick how to:

 

Here is a link directly to the subscriptions page.

 

Choose your level of premium membership usually "premier"

 

Then follow the payment prompts.

And the steps are:

 

  • www.SingleDivers.com
  • click on Forums
  • click the membership link under the SingleDivers.com logo  (next to the link for Gallery (in small white print)
  • choose your level of membership usually Premier
  • follow the payment prompts...

 

NOTE: If you use paypal the membership will be upgraded automatically. If you use SD's payment portal it will take several days for the payment to clear and the accountant to notify an admin your membership went thru

 

ADDED NOTE: If at ANY time your payment fails or you hit the back button, or make a mistake, etc we have to reset it so you can sign up again. Thanks, Kamala
