How do you find the $25 refund form?
Click on the link in my signature called Forms & Documents. I have sent the password to you via email. Pls follow the directions on the form. Yes its old school but so is our accountant. And if I complain she says...'get another accountant'. LOL! Guess who NEVER complains1

I still don't see the list of dive sites. 
Also, Kamala, are you going to post the pictures that you took, above and below water? I realize you took 1000's of pics and had 3 weeks in a row so it will be quite a task. I make a Shutterfly photo book of all my trips so I was waiting for some of the pictures, like the yoga in costume and some of the U/W ones. Thanks a bunch!
