Thanks brad, it’s no biggie if I don’t get the s/o, it’s just that i like the room cold when i sleep and sometimes (most of the time) my roommates like the rooms much warmer than i can tolerate. I end up not getting enough sleep because I’m sweating all night and uncomfortable.
Janelle it hurts nothing to have your name on the S/O wait list.

Am I able to join the group late on arrival.
Arriving 5-11-20 @ 3:25 pm in Cairo.
Would like the group hotel 5-11 thru 5-14-20. Single is ok
Added to Group tours 5-12 and 5-13
Group Air on 5-14-20 to HRG and return 5-21-20 back to Cairo
Have lodging on return as I fly out early 5-22-20

Brian I missed this. I'm sorry. I am meeting with the air consolidator to flnalize the group bookings etc. so I can check with her then and let you know. In theory yes...just not sure how it all works out. I'll let you know.

I already paid for liveaboard and I put in one of these threads I want the full package May 6-22 and air, but my name isn't on any list, that I saw anyway. I just want to make sure my head gets counted since it sounds like your working on finaling details. thanks.

Jeff pls see the TRIP PM post dated Jan 9 for the pricing of other options including tour + transfers + domestic flights (you book your own int'l flight). We need about 5 more people to do the full tour and int'l air and domestic air or we'll all pay $508 more for the tour and more for the domestic air if not combined with the int'l air.
So hopefully you have not booked the JFK/CAI ticket yet...its much less if you use our air consolidator.

Air Egypt arrives @ 11:10 AM.....When is Land tour scheduled to leave airport?
If you are not part of the group flight you need to meet the group at Baggage Claim after the arrival of the flight at 11:10am. Our laison will be there to meet us to help us clear customs, get bags etc.
This is another perk of being on the group Egypt Air flight... complementary VIP Visa Service to help you get thru Egyptian Customs quicker. If you are on the same flight but you booked it yourself then you will be with the group and we will of course wait for you. If you on another carrier then we need you to arrive prior or at the same time as the group flight.
You'll save money if you use our consolidator and won't have to worry about flight changes, delays, cancellations, etc
And yes you'll get an isle seat if that is what you want!

No battle... hope you'll let the consolidator to book this for you and SAVE $508 on the tour and help everyone else as well.
