So while many people were able to do some self and business improvement during cv19 ... we spent almost all our time helping members deal with trips being delayed, rebooked, cancelled etc. And its still ongoing.
However in the last week or so several new members have not only told us that they were confused by how to figure the site out...or find something....but they said something that triggered ACTUAL SOLUTIONS to the struggles they were having.
And since some of the trip/travel nightmares are coming to an end that frees me up to work on some MUCH NEEDED streamlining and simplifying that we need and would love to do.
So we'd love for ALL members to share how we can do some SIMPLIFYING and STREAMLINING and TELL OUR STORY BETTER as well as WHAT TO EXPECT and HOW TO BOOK A TRIP WITH US and more.
And NEW MEMBERS....please keep sharing your experiences thru the eyes of someone who doesn't know us and well truthfully can't quite figure it all out.
We need this insight to make things easier and I am ready to get it done!
