On Sunday April 11th the site will be down for maintenance (it may continue into Monday April 12th).  The site will be moving to a new hosting service since the old one is shutting down soon.

 

Note there WILL NOT be any changes to the site and it will look the same once the move is completed.

 

During the time it is being moved a temporary page will be up that lists the contact information and trip listing but the forums and booking trips will not be available.

 

Once completed you may not be able to get to the new site until your internet provider is updated and your computer may need to update or "flush" your DNS to see the new site on the new server.

 

Restarting your computer may do it but if you want to manually clear it and are comfortable using the command line then information on how to do that for Windows is here and for Mac is here.  On mobile devices putting it into airplane mode and taking it out may work depending on the device.

 

Since you won't be able to get back to this post until the site is up and DNS is working properly you should save this information on your computer or bookmark the link that applies to you.

I am able to log into all the admin areas and the site as a user.  Payment sandbox checks out and looks like the email server for the apps was moved to the new server as well.  At this point I would typically call it good. 

 

Butch took the lead on this and I only helped a little bit.  He deserves the credit so send all Kuddos to him.  Outstanding job on this difficult task, Butch!!!
