Please use this topic to let us know what YOU want to do and see what others are doing. Here is what we want to know:

 

1. Will you just being doing the Manatee Magic part of the trip?
2. Or will you also add on the optional BHB (Blue Heron Bridge) dive(s)?
3. Do you live locally and plan to drive to Crystal River? If so will you consider carpooling?
4. Do you live locally and just want to meet other SingleDivers.com members so would be willing to pick someone(s) up a the airport and ride with them to Crystal River? Perhaps even stay the weekend with us but do your own thing if the manatees or cooler water temps are not your thing? If so let us know.
5. Are you planning to fly in and rent a car? If so please let us know if you'd be willing to share the rental with another member joining the trip? (Let us know how many you can fit in your vehicle.) Also let us know what airport you plan to fly too?
6. If you are flying in and would be willing to share a car rental then please let us know. (This will help us minimize the expense of car rentals and help save fuel etc.)
7. If you are driving up for the S. Florida area please let us know if you'd be willing to car pool with other members to Crystal River and back to S. Florida.

While we are finalizing the trip details and booking system... let's get people talking about what they want to do so it will be easier when the trip opens. For example what airport are you looking at? Orlando or Tampa if just doing the Manatees?  FLL or PBI if doing the Manatees AND the Blue Heron Bridge?

 

Will you be driving?
 

Will you be renting a car?

 

Who is willing to share vehicles to save gas....expenses... and of course help the planet in every small way we can?

Thanks! That a great start. If some others reply you may be able to make a better decision based upon add'l input. We will nudge people to jump in and start discussing it! Kamala

 

PS If you fly into S Florida you can more readily do the Blue Heron Bridge or even a day or so of boat diving on local charters. If you are JUST doing the manatees then you'll want to do Orlando or Tampa as they are a tad closer
