Hello! I was wondering about the "Birthday Option", aka staying in Havana after the boat.
What approximate costs will there be to stay in Cuba after the boat, and flying out of Havana?
Also, what day to book the flight out of Havana back to Miami?
Will we stay for 3 or 4 days in Cuba after the boat?

*The birthday option... if we can get 6+ people who wish to return to HAVANA after the trip but no more than 10 people, we can help celebrate the birthdays of our very own 'SD Birthday Queen aka Kathy aka Little Mermaid and yours truly... the 'Wench'. But we need 6 minimum and no more than 10 people to ensure we have enough to keep the price of the return transfer back to HAVANA reasonable and meet the 6 person minimum. If we do this option the pricing will under the other license that now makes more sense because its a small group with no hard timelines or agenda's to keep. If we can not get enough to go back to Havana...I am game to stay in CAMAGUEY a few extra days just to be in Cuba for my brithday and hopefully Kathy's.

 

CAMAGUEY

 

If you fly into CAMAGUEY you have 2 options.

1. Option 1: arrive into CMW on Friday, then the boat picks you up on Sat and takes you to the boat. We will advise you where you need to meet for the boat pick up and at what time.  We will help you book suitable accommodations if you opt to fly into CMW so we can keep everyone close and have the boat pick you all up vs you going to the pick up point which is added time and expense.

• Estimate $100 for this option including one night hotel, the transfer to the boat and your taxi from the airport to your accommodations and back to the airport at the end of the trip.

1. Option 2: arrive into CMW on Saturday morning (AA 9:50am arrival) and the boat will pick you up and take you straight to the boat.  This is the riskiest option because you have the least flexibility if something goes wrong, but many clients still do this due to vacation limitations so it does work out. 

• Estimate $10-$15 if the boat picks you up from the airport and the return to airport from the boat would be included.

I have been getting the PMS. Kamala listed approximate pricings on staying in Havana prior to the boat, but did not list any prices, or expenses of staying in Havana after the boat.
Also she mentioned we would stay either three or four days in Havana after the boat.
I am trying to get an idea of the expenses of staying in Havana after the boat with Kamala and the other group (the 6 to 10 of us who will be staying on).
Also what day we will fly out of Havana after staying in Havana for the 3 to 4 days after the boat.

She should be letting us know the return date sometime today.  It will be either the 6th or 7th.  Still waiting on pricing.
