Hi, my name is Joanna and am excited I found the group online. I was booking a solo trip that I am starting tomorrow in Roatan and thought there must be single diver groups. Happy to be a member and looking forward to trips, meeting and being below sea level.

Hello Joanna, and welcome to SingleDivers.  You found this group for the same reason that most of us found it.  Having returned from a trip where I was stuck with a loud snoring roommate on a liveaboard, I started looking online for alternate options for my dive travel.  13 years and over 30 trips ago I found SingleDivers at  the BTS show in New Jersey.  This is a great group of people, and Kamala and her small crew put a lot into making every trip special.  They have guests fill out forms prior to the trips and use the info to best match compatible same sex roommates.  They also do a great job of pairing you up with a similar style dive buddy.  I have met a lot of great people on the trips over the years, and look forward to meeting many more in the future.  The trips are a lot of fun beyond the diving fun, as the group is inclusive of everyone as opposed to the cliques that are often found on trips that I have taken outside of this group.  I am glad you found the group, and hope to meet you on a trip in the future.  Ed

We see you are already on the Best of Mexico 2023 Notify List, that is a great choice, I may be on that one myself as Coz is IMO one of the best dive destinations in the entire Caribbean for both warm clear waters and reasonable pricing, Again, welcome!

  Joanna and    to Singledivers .com.  The reasons you stated above are they reasons why most of us find SD.  Roatan is a fabulous place to dive and you will love the Best of Mexico, as Brad said, good choice.  Kamala and crew put together the best trips, meeting like minded people and great fun divers.  Welcome!
