Since I am new to diving again after 27 years of no diving, I am soaking up as much information as I can and all of those ideas sounded great but the ones that really stood out for me were the ones on travel insurance and what I need to do to be able to start going on these trips. It feels very daunting not knowing what I need as a first time traveler. The list of items to take and or leave home is great too. I do not have any gear except for mask, fins, gloves, boots, light and a camera. Do I rent my gear here or try to hope that I can get what I need there? Things like those are where I am at.

Thanks for the newsletter and the chance to start getting more gear.
