not only to our club but to the topic you can ask any questions you want about this trip. Please use this topic you are reading right now to ask your questions. You will need to be registered on the SingleDivers.com site and logged into our forums to be able to post. See below for links on how to do these things or email admin@singledivers.com for help. We will answer your questions here AND update the main trip topic if necessary as well as keep the TRIP FAQ updated in the 2nd topic related to this trip.

How is the trip information organized?
#1 Trip Topic = Full trip details, pricing, discounts, accommodations, travel details, etc. (Locked. Only Admins can post to this)

#3 Trip Topic = Questions Topic... ask all your questions in this topic (Open to anyone to post who is registered and logged in)

What are the "other" trip topics?
We will have other trip topics to help manage the pre-trip experience and ensure that you are as up to date as possible. These include highlighting someone celebrating a special event or ensuring you are getting the OFFICIAL TRIP PM.
How Do I Register on the SingleDivers.com site?
- Go to the Home Page www.singledivers.com
- On the Home Page, hover the cursor over the "FORUMS" tab, then follow down to MEMBERSHIP" and in the next column click "BECOME A MEMBER"
- The first prompt on the Registration process is to enter a birthdate. This is to verify you are an adult; it does not translate into personal information
- Remember to choose a FUN MEMBER NAME, such as Kamala aka (also known as) WreckWench. Feel free to email admin@singledivers.com for help. Your Member Name acts as a surname to help identify you to the membership while protecting your actual surname for personal identity protection. (NOTE: Changing a Member Name is very difficult after the fact so please take some time to come up with a name you will like!)
- Complete the registration process by filling in the remaining fields; remember personal information such as email, home address, birthday, full name, etc is only visible to Kamala herself and a small number of vetted Staff volunteers.
NOTE: Only upgraded premium members can sign up for our trips. The premium membership enables you to receive private trip communications, see the profiles of who else is going, PM others on the trip (and other premium members on the site) as well as entitle you to numerous specials, discounts, perks and deals throughout the year.
How Do I Upgrade my Membership or Renew my Membership?
- Go to the Home Page www.singledivers.com
- On the Home Page hover the cursor over the "FORUMS" tab, then follow down to MEMBERSHIP" and in the next column click "UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP"
- On the Forums Membership tab FIRST click "Sign In" and use your Member Name and password to log in; the page refreshes with your Member Name replacing the Sign In button
- Select the Premier Member (or higher) radio button then at the bottom of the page click the "click here to continue" to payment button
- NOTE: If you are Active Duty military select Diver's In Uniform and we will contact you to validate your complementary membership.
- When using Paypal your membership will be upgraded automatically and you can proceed immediately to book per the instructions below.
- When using the One Time Payment (OTP) gateway portal please allow 2-3 days for your subscription to be cleared, validated and manually upgraded
- Once your membership is upgraded your Member Profile is assigned to the associated Primary Group (i.e. Premier Member Group) and at that time you will be eligible to log in the Home Page to access the Booking Links for trips listed on the TRIPS tab.
Why do I have to log in more than once?
- You do not need to be registered nor logged in to read the topics in the Forums or Tabs on the Home Page. However, with that said:
- The site has two primary areas that require a log in: The Forums (for Members for access to post replies in topics, and subscribed Members to access the Private Message (PM) feature and other perks) and the Home Page for subscribed Members to access links to Booking Pages to book trips.
- You MUST LOG IN to either post in the Forums or book on the Home Page. To ensure information security it is REQUIRED TO LOG IN EVERY TIME YOU ACCESS A SECURE AREA. All this means is if you leave the forums to book a trip you will have to log in again. If you leave the shopping cart to post in the forums you must log in again.
- YOU ALWAYS USE THE SAME LOGIN INFO BUT YOU MAY HAVE TO LOG INTO DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE SITE DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. (This is a security measure to keep your information safe.)
How Do I Log in so I Can Post in the Forums?
- Go to the SingleDivers.com Forums (From www.singledivers.com navigate the tabs "FORUMS" -> "GO TO SURFACE INTERVAL FORUMS")
- On the Forums page click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the page; use Member Name and password to log in. The page refreshes with your Member Name replacing the Sign In button.
- Go to the topic you wish to post in; at the bottom of the page, use the edit window to type in your comments, questions, etc.
- When ready, click the black "Post Reply" button in the lower right corner near the edit window
How Do I Book a Trip or buy Add- On's?
- Go to the Home Page www.singledivers.com and click the "LOGIN" tab
- Use the same Member Name and password that logs in the Forums; the page refreshes directly on the "TRIPS" tab
- Scroll down to find the trip you want then click the "Book Now" link associated with that trip. The Booking Page will open in a fresh tab.
- Complete the process either by paying in full to qualify for early booking discounts or by paying the deposit for the trip you are interested in.
- Once payment is submitted the Booking System goes directly to the "MY TRIPS" tab with the newly booked trip selected from the My Trips listbox. It is necessary to complete all online documents within 21 days to avoid a $75 late document fee (OR within 3 days if signing up within 30 days of the trip's departure date). NOTE: Extensions on document completion are easy to get, simply email trips@singledivers.com and explain why the extension is needed.
- Once successfully booked, the Staff will add you to the associated Trip Private Message (PM) within 24-48 hours of booking. The system generates automated courtesy emails when reply posts are added to the Trip PM, or you can check the entire Trip PM thread by logging in the Forums and clicking on the small envelope icon by your Member Name in the top right corner of the Forums page.
How do I make progress payments or fill out my trip documents?
Immediately after you complete booking a trip (with or without Add On's such as Nitrox) the system takes you to the Documents and Progress Payments page under the "MY TRIPS" tab. If returning at a later date in order to make a progress payment or fill out the REQUIRED online documents follow these simple steps:
You can also log out, and return later, log into the Home Page and on the "MY TRIPS" tab make progress payments and/or complete unfinished trip documents.
- Go to the Home Page www.singledivers.com and click the "LOGIN" tab
- Use the same Member Name and password that logs in the Forums; the page refreshes directly on the "TRIPS" tab
- Navigate the tabs "TRIPS" -> "MY TRIPS"
- On the "MY TRIPS" tab, select the appropriate trip from the listbox; the page will refresh with any Payments Due plus links to all trip documents.
- NOTE: Remember two things about the Trip Documents: a) You can return and reSUBMIT documents on any trip as many times as you need to get the information correct. The system retains the latest submitted version for use by the Trip Coordinator. b) Each time you re-open any fillable form the fields are populated with the most recently submitted information, which saves lots of time once you get through the first submission.
- Once logged in and on the "MY TRIPS" tab, selecting any trip in the listbox (it retains all trips to book forever) the Balance Due on any trip(s) you select will appear. Click the payment link associated with a trip and the system takes you to the One Time Payment (OTP) portal. Fill in payment information and complete payment. If a payment deadline date passes, you will have to pay all cumulative payments due, which will allow you to catch up. All trips must be Paid in Full no later than 90 days prior to travel to prevent any disruptions, as we must pay the resort and operators in full 90 days prior as well.
- remember you also must complete all online documents within 21 days of booking to avoid the $75 late document fee OR within 3 days if signing up within 30 days of the trip's departure date via your MY TRIPS as well.
- By now you should have been added to the TRIP Private Message (PM) within a couple of days after signing up for a trip, which send courtesy emails to your inbox for every reply post OR you can review the entire thread by logging into the Forums and clicking on the small envelope icon by your name. If you are NOT receiving automated messages or are not sure just email trips@singledivers.com to inquire if you have been added and/or if there is an issue with the email address on file where we are sending it.
2. Upon completion of booking or making a payment, you should expect these two email messages: First an 'ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT' email, followed several minutes later with a 'PAYMENT CONFIRMATION' email. You must receive BOTH of these messages to confirm your payment was attempted (via the order acknowledgement email) and successful (via the payment confirmation email.) NOTE: It is not uncommon to receive more than one 'ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT' email when making more than one attempts at payment. The critical part is the 'PAYMENT CONFIRMATION'. If you have more than one of these please contact us immediately so we can void the payment if the same day or refund it which takes several days if not the same day. We do monitor email confirmations from the system so if we see a duplicate payment we will likely have voided it before you can reach out to us but we appreciate your assistance since no email platform in 100% reliable.
HOW DO I GET REPLIES TO MY QUESTIONS?
- We will answer your question in this topic quoting your question so you get a courtesy email indicating we have replied to your questions.
- We will update the TRIP FAQ located in the 2nd topic listing for this trip.
- We will update the main trip topic #1 if applicable.
- DO NOT SEND THE SAME QUESTION VIA OUR COMMUNICATION AVENUES. We do not have the resources to reply to the same question multiple times because you emailed it...posted it...texted it...and PM'd it.
