I myself hope and pray that Walter never stops the "nit picking". Walter generously offers us the benefit of his knowledge and experience, the likes of which most of us will never achieve. Being a new diver, I soak up as much as I can from Walter's brain and many other great minds on this board.
Walter offers a unique perspective on issues that helps get to the core of disscusions and cuts through the BS.
Walter is a professional and reminds us and schools us in diving safely.
Walter puts out of control egos in their rightful place.
Walter has dedicated a great deal of his personal time and energy to this community.
Walter's wit and humor are refreshing.
Walter is a beloved member of this family.
What do you have to offer?
Tolly - I'm trying to keep the wayward Angel under control. This is a tough one. Reel me in when necessary.

Without good people like Walter this board wouldn't be what it is today.

To Walter, don't you ever change! We love you just the way you are!
Oh yeah, and BTW, the same goes for all of the other site administrators and moderators and, of course, the fabulous, lovely and talented WW!
