Aloha...my name is Dee Wescott and I live in Hawaii (on the Island of Hawaii). I am a Dive Master with over 1100 dives and a marine photographer. I have had the priviledge of diving in many destinations all over the world - Galapagos, Australia, Red Sea, Solomon Islands, Gulf of Aqaba (Jordan), Mexico, Caribbean and Florida to name a few. I have even dived in a lake in Connecticut, but NOT Long Island Sound or California (brrrrrrrrrrr). Sorry I'm going to laugh at the "California (brrrrrr)".... in the visits there, I have never been able to say brrrrr. I'm sure it gets cooler, but on my visits it was in the 50s... positivily balmy if you ask me.

welcome dee...hope u have a great stay....Sorry I'm going to laugh at the "California (brrrrrr)"....
46 degrees last night......the ice is gone so im goin again saturday...lol... in a wetsuit no less...can ya believe the sheer madness of this sport.... i dont think i would know what to do in 70 degree water....
its a great day for a swim....anyone game?
