This thread certainly has gotten interesting but its a good read, and thank goodness for the waterproof keyboard as i just put Dr. Pepper all over it.


anyways kamela i just got back from the lab and got to look at the slides from shaklford (sp?) island and they look real good and i see 2 of them from looking that are going into my porfolio as i really like them (gonna have to get some more of that slide film). the rest of the images really look good but are going to need a trip to the scanner to get digital images from them.

well got to run and get some school stuff done and will be back later.

Tooth, this thread would be even more interesting if you posted some pictures of all the nude girls that are modeling for you. Then, you wouldn't be the only one in need of a waterproof keyboard!

(And, another mouthful of Dr. Pepper bites the dust!)

Trace...I think the only naked pics scubatooth has of females are of the four legged variety.

The island was Shacklefords...there is quite a history of the wild horses at shacklefordhorses.org. It is believed the horses have been there since the late 1500's.. Sure hope you post some of the pictures you took.

No... no... no... I distinctly recall a conversation about how taking pictures of co-eds who BEG him to photograph them has led to more than one altercation with jealous or angry boyfriends. I think he needs a jury of his peers to judge whether or not the boyfriends should be angry or jealous.

I had secretly hoped to make this trip but will certainly be on one or more next year. I just have to see what WW's fascination with NC diving is.

From the sounds of things even though the weather did not cooperate you all had a great time anyway!

yes there have been there have been some incidents with SO's but im not the only one in the department that has had problems with SO's so its not just me that has had a problem. SO's seem to have more problems when a female from the department is doing it then one of the male photographers, for the life of me i will never figure out.

For the record the work i have done has been done on request (not beg, they have asked because they knew me and trusted me, boyscout what did you expect) not me seeking people to photogragh so that rumor can be squashed and there have only been a handful (less then 10) sessions for this type of work, i tend to do more traditional portrait work.

as for the 4 legged variety, lol, searanger is this what you were thinking of(see link below)?

also i wont post those online for others to review unless the model allows me permission to and all have requested privacy on those images so those cant be shown online unless i would like to be sued and lose my current job at the restraunt. if you want to see something similar to what i do in the studio go to photo.net and under requested member critiques look under the portraits and nude sections and you will get a idea of work similar to what i would do if requested Link



sunday night i dont work so i will scan some of them then and then post a link to the gallery from my website. once the rest are done i will post them

i know i just dont want anybody to get the wrong idea about photographers (and me) as there might be a few bad apples but most have some morals and ethics

ok this is just plain odd i cant view the picture i posted here of my dad and our dog using firefox but if i use Internet Exploder i can thats plain odd. even stranger is that the link to the image for the embed picture is the same as the link.

well since it can be seen via the embbeded im gonna kill the link
