The best day I ever had was face to face with a man and a shark, and wondering who was gonna bite me first- Poison Pen

By all that is wet, I do hereby swear, (politely), and attest, upon pain of never diving again, (real or imagined), that I understand and affirm, that I agree to the above.

the cooper river is a black water dive.. with no ambient light. so the viz is ever how strong a light you have.. thank goodness for HID's:) Its basically a "solo, night dive" in the daytime.. but man its sure addictive!!I'm with Bill, I thought this tread was about old divers but with all this rain we have had lately what vis the Cooper River had is probably gone.
anyone point me to the directions to postin some pics on here?

Yes, you will need much more then that to see on the bottom of that river, but it is a fun dive!!!!That's a good thing to know. I only have a mini-C light. Sounds like I need a better light for that dive.
Which end is up?
