I e-mailed mine a while ago. Have you gotten it? And what about payment? Just mail you a check?

Yes you can mail the check or do it on cc. The food journal is in the application. It asks you to show your typical food consumption for one day...I want you to do that for at least a week or longer so that we can see trends and patterns.
I think I have your application...I will make notations next to each name of those I have rec'd. -ww

The quiestionairre says "typical" meals. Do you want a typical summary, an actual 7 days or both?
When doing a one day summary then 'typical' is most accurate. In this case since we'll have some time to a better job, you should do a 'typical' days food but then do your actual. Thanks! -ww

I started my Yo-Yo process again on 1/1, and it is currently going in the correct direction. Anybody else started?
I've managed to stick to the strict phase of South Beach for 10.5 days. Only 3.5 to go. Don't know if I've lost weight - I refuse to get on the scales. I'm going by how my clothes fit. So far, no better, but no worse either.

In actuality...I am fighting with myself NOT TO GIVE UP...it seems the harder I work the bigger I get...sometimes I just thimk I will quit working out...sit on the couch and eat Bon Bons
