It was a classic seen from saturday night live of Chris Farley, as a chippendale dancer. Sorry, I didn't know. You have bunches of animated avatars to choose from in avatar section. And had a personal photo section. If you removed all those avatar options, it would be less confusing. I don't like posting photos of myself online at forums. I will just go with none, I guess. Didn't mean to break any rules.

No worries, treidm! :angel2: Good suggestion/point re: removing animated avatars and such... I'll make sure that the powers-that-be consider it.

I'm in this MBBD group too.

As for my wife learning to dive, she just isn't the athletic type. I used to try to coax her into my sports, but finally gave up the day I tried to teach her to snow ski. It started with her falling on the bunny lift and taking five other skiers down with her. Figuratively speaking, it went downhill from there. The fact that she insisted on carrying her purse over her shoulder on the slopes didn't help.

The good news is that she hasn't tried to stop me from participating in the activities I enjoy, and I've done the best I can to reciprocate. We seem to have somewhat grudgingly learned to respect each others hobbies and activities while watching from a comfortable distance.

I am also in the MBBD group.

My wife had no interest in diving when I started but now she has gotten into snorkeling. I am not going to pressure her into diving. Her best friend in High School has also recently gotten back into Diving. So I have been diving with her and our signifigant others have been going along with us and snorkeling while we dive.

You know I know of several members who thier HUSBAND does not dive! I'll try to get them to post here! While I certainly want to marry a diver myself one day, I'm still waiting for your threat to come true...you know this one:

Finally a place I fit in perfectly! :lmao: Hubby says he will learn to dive next year . . . as they say in diving "don't hold your breath!" With his extreme love of photography, I keep trying to lure him in with the promise of a custom housing for his camera for underwater photography. I know he'd love it. He also has a 120-gallon saltwater mini-reef. He really loves his :-D. I hope I can eventually convince him to give it a try. Any ideas??
