Hmmm. I just tried to add a JPG and a GIF to the following two forums, and it's saying the permissions aren't right. Would one of you wizards fix it, if it's indeed broken? I can't tell from here whether I ought to be able to post pictures in those two forums...

Strange. It let me edit them to add the pictures, but the first two tries had an error message along the lines of "the permissions on the upload directory will not allow that action" (and yeah, I know better than to report error messages that are a fuzzy memory.... I harp on my family ALL the time about it.)
Dunno what happened; chalk it up to the system settling after all the the changes needed to shift it back to singledivers.com. Gremlins, yeah, that's what it was! Neither post had someone trying to add a reply at the same time, 'cos I was starting 'em from scratch (new topic), so it's impossible for someone ELSE to have locked the permissions. No new posts in either forum right around then that I could tell, either.
I'm stumped.

That's not new, back when I was posting my trip report 3/12? (gone now) it kept telling me my JPEG's were GIF's and I didn't have permission to upload them but two days later I was able to add them.
