Color is easy....click on the A in the edit page and the pallette opens. Type what you want to type, and then click on the A again to end the color. Do it again if you want a different color...just remember that every pair of brackets (indicating code starts) is part of a set of pairs...one pair to start and one pair to end the code. The pair at the end has a / just after the opening bracket; the / means this is the closing pair of the set. (You'll see the brackets with the php code appear in your text when you click it.) If you've already typed something then select the text you want to change by highlighting it and then click the A, it should put a pair of brackets at the beginning of your highlighting and the ending pair at the end of your highlighting.

If you click on "reply" to this post, you'll see the brackets in my paragraph above where I underlined the letter A. The opening bracket, the U for underline, the closing bracket to finish the starting pair, then after the A is another starting bracket, a / then the letter U to indicate I'm ending my underline and the closing bracket to finish the ending pair and complete the set.

I used the image link to do the "My favorite website" line. You click on the little world up there with the menu and paste or type the url you want in the box, but of course you don't want it to look like a url, just like "My favorite website" doesn't look like a url, so when you click "ok" to accept the url another box opens...in this box you type the text that you want displayed as a hyperlink (I typed "My favorite website") and then you click "ok" again...voila!!!!

Signature codes don't show when you click reply so I copied it here so you could see what it looks like: My favorite website

To display a picture it has to be a picture that's already published somewhere. You're not uploading for your signature, you're linking to a pic that should display as a thumbnail. I can add pictures to my published website, browse to the picture, copy the url that's in your browser window when the pic is displayed, click on the picture symbol and then paste the url you copied into the window and click ok. Just remember that you don't want too big of a picture in your sig line.

Now that I've muddled your mind even more... :-)
