Hey everyone. :wavey:   I'm really excited to join the group again.  I got sidetracked by personalities. My bad.  Because of the drama, I stayed out of the water for several years.  It was that bad.  My last trip was 2018 to Tahiti, which was crazy amazing, although I wish I'd been in better shape because the currents were wicked and kicked my ass.  So I'm going to lift something heavier than my TV remote and get back into shape!  :puma: Ellen

Hello Ellen, and welcome back.  As you know, there are a lot of wonderful people here, so the transition back to the group, and diving, should be fairly smooth.  Having spend a lot of time not lifting much more than a remote myself, I started trying to get more exercise starting last December.  After a couple of months, I started seeing definite results.  Not only did I feel better, but my diving benefitted from it big time.  Set some reasonable goals to start and go for it.  Ed

Welcome back Ellen!

I keep a set of dumbells in my living room, that way they are in easy reach near the TV remote.  It can be hard to keep motivated.

Drama sucks, but I have never experienced any underwater.  It is the most relaxing place for me.
