ATTENTION DAN testers ... It is time to do the 48 hour report...
I attempted to do it on-line, however they did not accept it because I did not have the FRC's name & code :fish2: ... If anyone else ran in to the same problem, I now know the answers :welcome: ... The FRC's name & code are: "Heather & Andriana"...

Ah yes, I thought it a bit straight for all you chatty people not to be makin' any posts regarding the trip. I did not go one line the whole week so I was unaware of a NEW thread, Thanks Rosa.

I posted this in the original trip thread yesterday: The afternoon Shark Dive: Me has a sneakin' way of gettin' video out to me friends, but it requires a bit of cuttin' & splicin' matey's, and thad'a means me's got to dub me own music. Length limit is 10 mins. so I do's what I can....ENJOY

SHARK VIDEO

p.s. the dive was on Thurs Sept 7th not 8th fixin' that now....IT'S FIXED

Yeah Kim, total dive time on my computer was 43 mins. :fish2:

I am definately going to do the SHARK DIVE next year when I return, so WW, you can put my down on the list for next years Singles Fantasy week (but I want to use my prize to go) and only if it is not running during (or right before) my Graduation week next year....

I had a lot of fun & it was great to finally meet some of the :fish: boarders :welcome:

Hi there everyone,
I had no idea that people were posting on the trip either. Had a great time and met lots of nice people. The Atlanta group was a good mix of people and fun to be with. :wavey:

I ended up getting sick with MR on Saturday and am still a bit sick. Did anyone else get sick? Not sure if it was from the seafood on Friday night or not. But now I have an earache and a bit of a cold going on.

Actually now that you mentioned my stomach went bizark the moment I got off the aircraft. I don't think it was the sea food though.
I put my right foot in, I put my left foot out, I do the aikipokey and throw you all about :D

Caught a cold, but I am sure that was from the flights, and my failure to dose up with "airborne" :wavey:

Hey gang...several people were either sick or getting sick at the resort...what do you expect from over 100 people in one place? Then add to that your 100+ people on each of your flights and well you are a walking infirmary of germs!

Add to that being a bit run down, stressed, not eating the same foods at the same times, taxing the body with new adventures and most people will be likely to get a touch of something. In my case the smoke from the bar and even the engines was causing daily conjestion issues for me. By the end of the week it had developed into a full blown upper respiratory infection which is now almost gone. :fish2: But it is not uncommon to get ill on a trip or to get ill after a trip.

Do increase your amount of fluids...eat more fresh fruits and veggies...if doing flaxseed as part of your regime already make sure you take the evening and morning dose as it is naturally both anti-inflamatory as well as anti-bacterial plus it is full of the b vitamins which help with energy and vitality. You can up your dose of flaxseed with no ill effects (it is food) and you'll feel better, drop a few pounds and have more energy while doing a bit of a purge! If you are into juicing as several of you were that I spoke with...increase your juicing so that you pump thousands of antioxidants naturally found in food rather than 10-20 found in a vitamin supplement. Plus nature(god) created food in the perfect balance so that everything works, is absorbed, is stored and functions as it should unlike isolated vitamins we take hoping our body can do something with them. And if you are taking the concentrated fruit, veggie and berry extracts then increase your does of that...you normally get 8.5 pounds of fresh produce daily so by increasing 1 capsule of each daily you'll increase that to over 12 pounds or even upwards of 17 pounds of produce equivelent daily! WOW!!! That will help you to fight off anything that is trying to invade your body.

And don't forget rest! The ONLY time your body can heal is when it is sleeping so get lots of rest! -ww
