That is the slope that we, as Americans, should NEVER go down. I don't mean this to sound like a flame to ScubaDrew or anyone else, but I really want people to understand my point.

If you REALLY believe in "Freedom of Speech,” AS it was defined in our constitution, it means that people need to allow things that they don't personally like to be freely spoken. It means that people NEED to be allowed to spew whatever trash from their mouth that they believe in. There can be no lines*. (see below)

I do believe in it, I am sure every bit as much as you. But not all speech is protected, in all forms. Otherwise there would be no FCC. I tend to disagree with most of what the FCC does, btw. I am not sure if this web site violated any laws, but the possibility is there, is all I am saying.

As far as the educational value, police and doctors have been researching the minds and techniques for years, the info is out there for parents if they want it. Not an arguement, just saying if you have kids and want to know, you don't have to look for this guys site, wherever he moved it to.

It was bound to be removed by the ISP I am sure anyway, as soon as they found out about it, bad press for them.

Of course, regardless of the speech issue if he had child porn on there, he's getting nailed.

That is interesting, the virus law. I never heard of that. Stupidity in it's finest. I can see laws saying you can't spread viruses, but not one that limits your collecting of them.
