Atlantis has exceeded expectations. The resort is truly first class and the food is phenominal. We have 5 choices everyday that will not be offered again for the week. And if you do not like those you can choose from a Manderan Wok or Fresh Grill daily of any meat any style. Vegitarian options even exceed the normal offerings.
The resort has had quite a bit of rain in the past week or so taking the vis down some but the marine life has also exceeded my expectations thus far. Two pgymy seahorses of which I found one has been just one of many amazing finds.
Finding my bride underwater with the help of our divers has been the most amazing find to me but alas I regress. Yes we did an underwater renanctment yesterday and the bride wes just as beautiful underwater as she was above a few days ago in Dallas. Her "wet" bridesmaids were Little Mermaid, Liz, Sunshinediver and Sundiver. The groomsmen were Waterworks, WTXBlaze, Robb1420 and HowardsNewYork and Greyfins was the underwater judge. I brought my underwater hydrophone and we replayed parts of the actual wedding underwater with the help of the resort and the divers. It was a truly amazing day...almost as magical as the first time at the Aquarium.
I have been in awe of the beauty of the country and our boat ride around the island to do the underwater service. The staff at the resort has been outstanding and we were the resort's first underwater wedding and we were the first group to christen their new dive boat that accommodates twice the divers of their normal boats. We've all discovered the massages at the resort and highly recommend massages on every trip. So far I've had one everyday and I feel months and maybe years of stress just flowing away. The first one was free and the rest have been $15 for the deluxe pkg including 3 types of massage, stretching and more for a good solid hour or more!
Well its almost time for breakfast so will post this for now and will add more later. Bill

Balut and a number of other "delicacies" are off of my menu! YUCH.
Perhaps some bagoong instead? Or maybe some tasty dinuguang?

My only response is "Bleckkkk" to your menu.
On the other hand, some nice fried lumpia with spicy vinegar, (August's recipie, thank you!) would be just fine. And I love them so much, I ask for them every day I am in Club O. YUMMM
