The County Supervisors will not allow a Walmart in James City County, VA. I suspect eventually there will be one, but not for now. There is one in York County right on the boarder of James City County.

Wasn't me who ordered it, I just happened to see that post. I hope Suzanne, whoever she is, has a sense of humor. I would have busted a gut laughing if that cake had been given to me.
