I can't get my pic to load. I resized it so it is 8kb and 150X150. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Ron

Hi Ron,

It has to be a JPG, JPEG, GIF or PNG format picture to upload successfully.

Take a look and see what the extension is.

A bit of clarification... Where are you trying to upload the picture to? There's a known issue where people at the "Member" level can't see a picture they're uploading as a personal picture in their profile. Members can't see profiles, so while the picture uploads, and Premier Members and above can see it, the Member can't see their own picture.

I do see a personal photo for rwscuba loaded, a picture of a guy in a white shirt and jeans near a bush.

Sotocanoguy has the same picture as an avatar as personal picture. As a "Diver in Uniform," you should have equivalent permissions as a Premier Member, so you should be able to see your profile. Not sure if you posted your problem while a Member, and whether you're still having issues now that Kamala has upgraded your account.

I would certainly think that Members should be able to see at least their own picture that they uploaded, but I haven't found the right switch or knob in the forum software to make that happen yet, unfortunately.

I figured out what I did and felt really dumb in the end. I prefer not to say how stupid of a mistake it was. Let us just say if you know what I had done you would not trust me to open the valve on my own tank.
