An interesting flash back to my days in commercial diving back in the 1980's.. I remember cold, dark hours focused on doing physical work followed by endless hours and days in hyperbaric chambers.

Even changing professions, it has been interesting to run into other commercial divers who survived those days and moved on. While we swap stories, we thank a higher power that we survived and can experience the beauty of a 50 foot dive.

Unfortunately, On Aug 15, 2015, there was an attempt by a diver to make an Open Circuit bounce dive to 1200 ft,.... he did not make it. There is/ was a lot of speculation as to where the failures were & there looked to be quite a few.
