I keep thinking I should try taking the flax seed, but I haven't a clue how to get hold of it down here.

I have a specific question. I love Marmite (a particular brand of yeast extract that is comprehensively hated and detested by many) and wonder just how good it is for me?

How bad are the side effects? The last time I tried a concentrated berry extracted, it was in a juice form and it basically kept me in the bathroom all day..

No side effects from the extracts since they are not in juice form.

I may be sending some to the Tides. If so I can send some flax to you as well. It is also possible you can get it in Belize City.

Marmite is an excellent source of B vitamins IN THEIR NATURAL FOOD STATE which is SUPERIOR to anything synthetic, or man made or formulated. (I just wish it tasted better!) :wakawaka:
