FIJI COMMUNCIATION... Trip PM, Private Discusson Forums, Q&A Thread

We have several primary tools we use to communicate with you that keep your private information PRIVATE and yet allow you to see what everyone else is saying and doing. AND it allows you to get to know the others on the trip before meeting them in person! All in all its a win win for everyone!



These tools consist of the following:

1. Trip Private Message or Trip PM:

We use the site's email client called PM's to send the group an OFFICIAL GROUP PM. Everyone can see what is being said, it lands in your real email box so you don't have to check the site, and it allows you to post a reply back THAT GOES TO EVERYONE ON THE PM.

We use this PM primarily to send important updates and reminders to you so its invaluable. HOWEVER YOU CAN NOT DELETE IT NOR ANY DUPLICATE POSTS THAT YOU MAY MAKE OR YOU DELETE THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION and you CAN'T BE ADDED BACK. So leave the deleting to the admins... if you have any questions email us first and we'll be happy to delete anything for you!

2. The Main Trip Thread:

We use the main trip thread to provide you with relevant trip information as well as to update you on receipt of your payments, documents, etc. We also use this thread/topic to sign up for trips and keep everything organized. This topic is seen by EVERYONE so is a very important tool in our communications arsenal.

3. The Q&A & SOCIAL Trip Thread:

We are trying something new by introducing a "Q&A & SOCIAL" trip thread where you can show your enthusiasms for the trip, socialize, ask questions etc. We will then keep the main trip thread limited to IMPORTANT INFORMATION people need who are going or thinking of going on our trips. Don't worry we can move posts between the Q&A thread/topic and/or the main thread/topic.

4. The PRIVATE TRIP DISCUSSION FORUMS:

CLICK HERE for the link to the private trip discussion forums for this trip. These forum topics can only be seen by trip goers so allow you more freedom to share private information as well as allow us to discuss topics related to the trip such as who's on what flight, how much cash do you need for the trip, rooming, tours, etc.

Each trip's "PRIVATE Special Discussion Forum" is password protected. When you first sign up you are required to be a premier member so that we can send you the OFFICIAL TRIP PM which has the passwords for the documents and the private discussion forums in it.
