GULP... you actually read the page. Must admit that for it to be ready this Thursday is still a stretch, but possible. Wouldn't be a good thing to release it on "Turkey" Day anyway. However it will be ready well before Christmas.I anticipate its release date, THIS THURSDAY, Nov. 25th!!!!

Some of the largest releases are thanksgiving weekend!Wouldn't be a good thing to release it on "Turkey" Day anyway. However it will be ready well before Christmas.

Thanks for all the support. Thought I'd give everyone an update. The DVD has its draft narration set up. I'm just waiting for the voice of Gary Baldi to be free enough to record his part of the narration, then tweak it a bit and I'll be ready to fly!

Wouldn't you know it. Igot everything scheduled this week... taping the sound of Gary Baldi, finishing the narration, producing the initial run; not to mention getting my living room ceiling fixed (finally, after four years) by the contractor who messed it up in the first place. Life looked so sweet, alles in ordnung as my German verwandten used to say.
Then this morning there is a two sentence e-mail that changes the entire equation. "Can you leave Thursday for a week of research and video work with great white sharks off Guadalupe Island?" How could I refuse!
So the bottom line is THE DVD WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL AFTER I GET BACK (DEC 15-16th) and my living room ceiling will go unrepaired for another four years, so Xiaoyan will see my house at its worst.
Do you blame me?? You can always put your advanced orders in with WW and I'll fill them ASAP after I get back.
Think of what my "Sharks and Rays" video will be like with the footage I'll shoot over that week! It should be out in February of 2005.
