Since the new board version was installed we have been getting errors from a few profiles. Many of the issues have been caused by out of date email addresses, but we have had other issues with full mailboxes and even dead addresses. In these cases our only option is to disable the account, change the password and turn off all email functions related to it. Obviously, not a good thing if it is your account and you are expecting emails from PM's, subscribed forums and topics.

By keeping a valid email address on your account you avoid this. If you find one day that you can't log in it means that your account is temporarily inactive due to a bad email address. Simply let us know your new email is and we'll fix it for you. We are here to help.

If you change addresses yourself an Admin has to sign off on the change to ensure it is working.
