Today marks my first dive since the accident in Australia.

No aquarium, no tank in a marine land, however spacious it may be, can begin to duplicate the conditions of the sea. And no dolphin who inhabits one of those aquariums or one of those marine lands can be considered normal.

Congratulations!!!! Just made my first dive since my illness tonight. feels great to be back doesn't it?

John, just checked out your website to read your story. Wow. What a great feeling to get back in the water after so many months. Sounds like you didn't rush the healing, and that's most important. Best wishes to you, and enjoy the water

Congratulations!!!! Just made my first dive since my illness tonight. feels great to be back doesn't it?
It truly does! Interestingly, it really felt like that old saw about 'riding a bicycle' applied--didn't feel one bit out of place
in or under the water.
(I did, however, discover several muscle groups that I'm certain did not exist before last night...
