HH Of A Sort For The Birmingham Area

My LDS in Birmingham is hosting a session on underwater photography on Friday, January 11th at 7:00pm. If you have questions, post them here or send me a PM. Here are the details:

Jim Chambers, one of the administrators for DIGIDIVER.net an underwater digital photography forum, has graciously agreed to come and speak about underwater photography. This will be a GREAT opportunity for those of you who might be interested in getting started making some underwater pictures while you dive, but also a wonderful opportunity for those of us who already enjoy this awesome hobby!!! We will be discussing tips on how to get started with underwater photography as well as showing some pictures and discussing equipment!! If you have anything specific you want to discuss, please let me know and we will try to include it. Keep in mind that Mr. Chambers is coming to us ALL the way from Atlanta, GA. So please RSVP as soon as possible so we can get an idea of everyone who will attend!!!

Bubbles is in the Bahamas right now, Lucky Girl! I will start a list for her on who is going. It sounds like 7:00 at Scubaventures is the plan, we will find out for sure when she returns.

Okay: when shooting video in current, what is the best method to steady the camera to avoid excessive rocking around the subject, short of making contact with the reef?
