Aquaman97302 welcome! Not bad...2 dive buddy offers in almost as many days and we are not that strong yet in the PNW!!! We do the Tacoma show every year so hopefully we'll be building membership in your backyard FAST!!!

I actually have spent a lot of time up your way! I did my undergrad work at the UofI and my folks retired to N. Idaho so spent many years in your neck of the woods. Heck I even have cousins in Oregon. :)

And I did my first PNW dives in Washington about 4 or 5 years ago now! Talk about beautiful diving!!! Just a tad cold for me but beautiful none the less. Hmmm....seems like it might be time for more soon! :dazzler:

Now just so you know...we are not your average website in that everything is free. Free is good but you have to pay a price for it. If you are nice female on our site Free means that every guy who is breathing practically will PM or private message you to death cuz after all this IS a single's site right???

WRONG!!! It is a site for solo, single, and married but buddyless divers...single is your diving status and not necessarily your marital status.

So to protect ALL OUR MEMBERS we make the private message feature and the ability to look at member profiles a feature of our "premier membership level" vs free like most other sites. Why do we do this? Well it protects all our members from spam, inappropriate messages/contact and that ugly feeling that someone is peering over your profile... :birthday:

Instead our members know that only paid members can see their profiles, or contact them which means we have some sort of information on you and well as suspected...the % of creeps, perverts, spammers and predators have gone down to 0. (About now some of the guys are upset cuz they no longer get as much attention as they used too... :dazzler: but for the most of us...this is a good thing. LOL! :cool2:

So if you want to contact ch20diver or parrotman to go diving please consider upgrading to our premier member level. Its $35 a year and you get $25 back after any trip you take with us $500 or more AND booked by us whether group or individual travel. Plus your membership gets you discounts on great gear or merchandise from our corporate sponsors AND you help keep our site running! What other club offers as many trips and specials but gives you most of your membership dues back after EVERY trip you do with them! And there is no limit! Just file for it within 30 days of the trip and its yours! :teeth:

Now I know other sites are free to contact other members but many of them don't have the calibre of divers that we do! :cool1: So jump in and splash around...certainly join us on a dive trip and see for yourself and consider upgrading to a premier member so you can contact other premier members and they can contact you! And please do not list your personal info in your signature or openly on the board as it only attracts spambots and opens up safety issues so is against our Terms of Service (TOS).

And let us know if you have any questions! We look forward to getting to know you! :teeth: kamala aka wreckwench

Thank You and nice to meet you--where in Texas are you? I get to talk to Texans every day at work--from Wichita Falls to Weslaco! Been there a few times myself and can't wait to go again--has it cooled off any yet?

Hi Kamala and thanks for the warm welcome! And speaking of warm, the PNW is definitely a 'dry-suit zone.' I really enjoy having mine but also must admit I've kinda turned into a 'warm-water weenie' with the tropical diving I've done! :o

I promise to be on my best behavior, I'll try to keep my spambots and online pyramid scams to a minimum and I'll get paid up on my dues at my earliest covenience! :P

I'm looking forward to being a part of the community here and am very excited to see what your upcoming trips are because I sure need a 'nitrogen saturation' fix soon in some warm, tropical waters!

Take Care and thanks again!
