When you complete your trip sign up via our shopping cart system i.e. your order with us you will be asked to do your documents next. If you closed out and need to get back to them or could not complete them all, here is how you get back to them.
- Log in.
- Click on MY TRIPS under Trips in the main menu
- The click on the name of your trip (if you are only going on one it will be the only one in the drop down box otherwise choose the one you wish to complete forms for)
- Once you click on the trip name you will see what you have paid for, what you may still owe, if you are signed up for any add-on's etc. AND you will see green and red boxes next to each form we require.
- A green box means the form is completed
- A red box means that you need to complete the form
Please complete all forms with a RED BOX NEXT TO IT.
NOTE:
1. Most of our forms are done online but we do need you to upload your flight itinerary. If you can not do so them EMAIL the flight details the airline sent you to trips@singledivers.com
2. The liability & release form must be printed out and signed and the uploaded again. If you can not get it to upload then you can scan and email to trips@singledivers.com OR fax to 888-480-0906. PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME AND THE TRIP NAME IN THE SUBJECT OF THE EMAIL so we can readily identify the documents you are sending us.
