11 admin/mods x 3000+ members, that's one hell of a spreadsheet. Folks obviously don't know the answer.

Actually, I started to do just that.

The problem was getting a good list of the members. I started working with only the members that have been active in the past few weeks as a start.

I had a method for generating all the combos of opposite sex (assuming we are talking about a traditional couple.)

If I would have gotten and answer to the "geographical region" question I asked, that would have helped alot!

Then I read the "1 guess per day rule" and realized it would take weeks to months with that method.

Yes, but the clues have been that the member is active on the board and has traveled with SD. As well, both parties have attended SD events. This narrows the field significantly.

Okay, next clue, yes we are speaking of an opposite sex couple.

Moose, if you read the clues already provided, I think you will find an answer to this question (think of a clue posted by fingrabber recently).

OK, I figured out one half. Now I just need to build the crawler to get the membership list broken down by region and I'm pretty sure i can figure this out.

However, I have a meeting with my Commander. Damn him! Doesn't he know there is important work to be done.


Oh, one quesiton, is it legal for me to have the person "followed" so I can find out the other person? That would be easier for me!
