SD MEMBER TRIP SPECIAL TO BONAIRE CHRISTMAS WEEK! Booking now!

Lin aka pugslover has asked if SD's Travel Network can help her with a trip over Christmas week in Bonaire! We said sure and here is the pkg she has put together for anyone wanting to dive with her and her girlfriend.

Anyone interested in diving a week in Bonaire from 12/22-12/29? I've reserved a 3-bedroom condo at Buddy Dive that fits 6 people for $845 pp. The cost includes:
7 nights' accommodation
7 days Pick-up truck rental
7 days Am. Breakfast buffet
6 boat dives & 6 days unlimited air
Transfer (airport-resort-airport) and
Sales tax, Car tax, Room tax

AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED!

The place has 3 full bath/fully equiped kitchen/living room/private patio.

Bonaire is definitely on my list of places to go, but I will be traveling for the Bahamas liveaboard trip, link here
If you have not bought your tickets already then feel free to join the group. If you have then I am sure you will find someone who wants to dive with you.

Bonaire is certainly on my short list, but since I'm already considering the Red Sea this winter and Galapagos this spring, I doubt I could afford a third trip.

From the first post, it looks like the condo is at Buddy Dive. Their website is at http://www.buddydive.com/. From their webpage, it looks like the resort has 3 swimming pools to support 4 buildings of condos.



Bonaire is definitely on my list of places to go, and with a group, since the type of diving generally done in Bonaire (shore diving) means if you don't bring your own buddy, finding one may be challenging. At least on a charter they'll match you up on the boat with a fun and exciting InstaBuddy! Unfortunately, I'm on another SD trip that conflicts with this one.

And flight wise, NYC area is a good place to be to get there... Continental runs a red-eye direct from Newark.

I was there last summer and would highly recommend it to anyone going.
