Why am I thinking deja vu? I thought your birthday was a week or two ago, and I thought I had already wished you a happy one. Oh, well... it must be yet another example of my advancing Old Timers. Of course you're catching up!
Hope it is a fantastic day for you, Trace!

Thanks everyone!
I'm loading my truck to camp on board the R/V Garloo for the weekend. I'm leaving for Montauk tomorrow where we'll be departing for Block Island, 8 miles off the RI coast to dive the U-853, a Type IX/C 40 251 feet long and the last U-boat sunk in US waters in WW II (actually it was depth charged after the war ended, but the German captain may not have received the memo ) in 130 feet of water; the USS Bass, an American sub destroyed as a weapons target following WW II, 341 feet long in 155 feet of water, and the Grecian, a passenger frieghter in 90 feet of water. We're hoping to explore Block Island's social scene on Saturday night.
